Don't forget to vote!

So much is going on in America right now!  The economy in general, mortgage and debt issues, and then the foreclosures that never seem to stop coming.  Just remember - there are natural business cycles.  We are at the bottom of a cycle right now, BUT THE AMERICAN ECONOMY WILL GET BETTER!  Have faith, stay positive and never, never stop caring.  To show how much you care about America- go vote!  You can't complain about your circumstances and then choose not to participate in the process.  Take action.  Have an opinion and stand strong.  We will get through this.  -Jenny

It's been awhile...

I haven't been around for awhile, but I am now back on track... There is a lot going on so let's get right to it.  A lot of you are wondering about the new government backed loan program called "Hope for Homeowners".  This program was created for those homeowners that are having a hard time making their payments but desperately want to stay in their homes.  Read about the specifics of the program by clicking on FHA.  It's not a quick "gimmy" loan, so read all the details before moving forward.  Have a great week! We'll see you Thursday.  -Jenny
